Preparing Technicians for the Future of Work is dedicated to enabling the ATE community to collaborate regionally with industry partners, within and across disciplines, on the transformation of associate degree programs to prepare U.S. technicians for work of the future.
The project activities are guided by four overarching goals.

Promote regional collaboration between community colleges and industry to determine the technical demands of work of the future

Support ATE Regional Networks focused on technician education for work of the future

Foster adoption of the cross-disciplinary STEM core to maximize impact on technician education
